Phil joined the Company in 1982 working for Neil Construction Limited and he has held a number of different positions in the Group throughout his career. In January 2015 Phil became the CEO with overall responsibility for the running of The Neil Group Limited. Phil has a background in Accounting and Finance, Marketing and Property Development.
James joined the Company as a Quantity Surveyor for Neil Properties Limited in 1995 and has since gone on to become The Commercial Manager. James holds various roles within the Group, including as a Development Manager, along with overall Group wide responsibility for IT and Health & Safety. James has a background in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Project Management and is a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
As Land Manager David is responsible for the purchase of land as well as managing the design, consenting and development of the land. Prior to joining The Neil Group in 2003 David worked for a number of multi-disciplinary consultancy firms specialising in residential and industrial land development projects and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors.
Steve joined The Neil Group in 1992. As a qualified Valuer and over 40 years’ experience in the property field his knowledge is invaluable to our Company. As sales manager Steve has overall responsibility for the sales of our Residential Properties.
Trevor joined the Company in 2006 to organise and manage the development of a Retirement Village in Cambridge, and has also been responsible for industrial land subdivisions. Trevor’s role is now managing and sourcing property development opportunities for the Company. Trevor’s background is in Valuation and Real Estate.
Brian joined The Neil Group in 2007 as Group Engineering Manager for the Company. Brian is involved with all Engineering designs within the Company as well as assisting and training the Company Project Engineers. Brian has a wide range of engineering experience including civil and structural design, construction and management and is a full member of IPENZ and a Chartered Professional Engineer.
Graeme recently joined Neil group as a Sales Consultant after having had a long term business relationship with the company, sourcing land for subdivision development for Neil Group. Graeme has a Bachelor of Economics degree and over 10 years experience in the Auckland market working with one of Auckland’s major Real Estate agencies. His knowledge and proficiency in guiding clients through the complete development and sales process is an asset to the company. Graeme also speaks Mandarin.
Bhavika joined The Neil Group in 2004 as the Company Accountant and in 2011 was promoted to her current role as Financial Controller. Bhavika has a background in Accounting and Audit and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Having worked for Fletcher Building for a number of years, Lynne re-joined Neil Construction Limited in 2002 in a Secretarial role to the Manager as well as processing and administering sales. Since then Lynne has also taken on the role of Office Manager for The Neil Group.
